Q: Apple ID locked for security reasons
Guys, my father messed up with his Apple ID, I guess he tried to change the password and/or security questions and now his Apple ID is "Locked for security reasons" and suggests to reset the password using security questions. The problem is that he did something to the questions too and the system rejects his birthday. Help really needed. What can we do to unlock it?

If the answers to the security questions are nor accepted or the recovery email does not work, give the account security team a call. use this link: Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security - Apple Support
If you can't send a reset email, don't have a rescue email address, or can't access email at your rescue email address, call us for help. When you call, you might need to create a temporary support PIN to verify your identity. After you reset your security questions, you might want to update your rescue email address.
