Aug 6, 2016 1:55 PM in response to porteleanorby stuckboss,Hi there porteleanor,
I see this is your first post in the Apple Support Communities, so allow me to welcome you! The issue you describe is that you downloaded an album from Apple Music, and while you can see the individual songs, it doesn't show up when you click on My Music and select Albums under Library. I love organizing my music through iTunes, and I know I'd want to be able to see all the albums as well as the individual songs.
My first recommendation is to check for updates. You can do this by going to Settings > General > Software Update. If there are any updates go ahead and install them. Once the installation is complete, go back to the Music app and check under My Music > Library > and then select Albums from the pull-down menu.
If that doesn't resolve the issue, I'd like you to try another step. Keep in mind that when you sign out of Apple Music and sign back in, it removes any music you've downloaded, however it will redownload it again and hopefully show the album this time.
- Go to Settings > iTunes & App Stores
- Tap on your Apple ID and sign out
- Sign back in
- Check the Music app, go to My Music > Library > and select Albums from the pull-down menu.
Best wishes!

Aug 13, 2016 9:21 PM in response to stuckbossby porteleanor,Hey stuckboss!
Thanks so much for responding! I took your advice and tried both methods, but unfortunately the album is still not showing up in my music. Also, looking at the situation closer, it seems like none of my newly added songs and albums are adding to my music either. If you have any more suggestions, that would be awesome! Once again, thank you so much for responding.

Aug 20, 2016 6:20 AM in response to porteleanorby Corrie84,Greetings porteleanor!
Thank you for trying the above methods. I have something else to check. Apple Music is a paid service, there's a three month trial period and then it switches to your preferred method of payment. The payment method must be a credit card or PayPal, it cannot function if it's based on iTunes gift cards. Let's check to see if the payment method is valid and working. This article refers to how to manage your membership on any Apple device or PC running iTunes that you may be using to access Apple Music:
Manage your Apple Music membership on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, or PC
It's also possible that there is something wrong with a previous purchase made on iTunes. A billing issue can prevent you from having access to downloads, so checking for an unpaid balance can resolve these issues as well. The best method to check this is to follow this article's instructions:
Pay an unpaid balance in the iTunes Store
Hoping that these methods can resolve this. I love being an Apple Music member and having a whole iTunes library of music available to me at my fingertips. Take care!
