Aug 7, 2016 12:30 AM in response to Hbmomof3by King_Penguin,What happens when you try to put in new details, are there any error messages showing on the screen ? If no error messages have you tried doing it on both your iPhone and computer's iTunes ?

Aug 7, 2016 1:42 AM in response to King_Penguinby Hbmomof3,I add the expiration date & the CVV & "save" them.....it always responds as if the info has been saved. When I go to buy something thru an app, I get a message saying that the transaction couldn't be completed & to contact apple support. I don't have a PC, just my phone.

When trying to purchase and getting the message to contact iTunes Support, have you done so ? If not (these are user-to-user forums) :
- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
- click on your country's flag
- click on Contact Support towards the top right
- click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us'
Or use this form : https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
