hello sir i purchase iphone 6 second hand yesterday  a army person he say only is sim lock bt is icloud lock any help me

    Sorry, but the Activation Lock can only be disabled by using the Apple ID and password that has been used by the previous owner.

    Otherwise the phone can't be set up again. If you can't get this information from the previous owner, see if you can get back the money you payed for it.

    Hi

     

    You are describing Activation Lock, which prevents unauthorised use of the iPhone if it is lost or stolen.

     

    This can be disabled either by:

     

    • The previous owner entering their Apple ID and password on the device.
    • The previous owner removing the iPhone from their devices list in Find My iPhone via iCloud.com.

     

    In either case, be sure to follow the related instructions in the first article below.

     

    If you cannot arrange for either of these steps to be taken, then you will be unable to use the iPhone. There is no way around this security feature.
