Aug 7, 2016 7:22 AM in response to Matthew011by Meg St._Clair,Examine the charging port under a strong light, preferably with a magnifier. You can used canned air to blow out anything you find. I also find that rubber tipped GUM brand flossers are useful for cleaning ports. The tips are soft and non-conductive.
If one charger works and other doesn't, another possibility is the charger that doesn't work is faulty.
