Q: Virus on IPhone

I understand that your problem is frustrating and you want to get rid of it. As you mentioned above, even the factory reset didn´t help. First try to restore the firmware of your device with iTunes, no just use factory settings. Then I can suggest to try updating the firmware of your iPad to the newest version, maybe there will be a security breach bug that is in the new version fixed. If your problem still presist, try to ask in Apple Store for further help.

If jailbroaken, there is the problem. But if not, is very unusual to see virus in stock iOS. Try to restore your iPhone and set it as new not from backup and see what happens.

Yes, unfortunately you will. But you can redownload apps and fotos, videos etc. Contacts, notes, calendar can be saved to iCloud. IWhen you sign into iPhone with your Apple ID, contacts, notes and calendar will be automaticly synchronized. If your problem is not solving even restore with backup, than I assume there is a firmware problem wich have been saved to your backup files.

NOTE: But furst of all, try Google Chrome browser, and chcek if your problem still presist. If doesn´t help, then you must set up your iPhone as new, so the glich or virus won´t be imported to iPhone. Don´t forget to backup your important files like photos, videos, etc. and then import them back to iPhone.

It's not just unusual. It's unheard of. There are no viruses that affect an iOS device unless it's jailbroken.

Have you tried turning off JavaScript? Settings>Safari>Advanced

the best way to remove a virus on a iphone is to plug it into itunes and press restoreit should remove everything on your device including the virus

Thats why I mentioned, it is some kind of bad setting, but it dont get to my mind it would be JavaScript. But if turning off javascript won´t work, then restore and setting up as new is on the place.

A virus is not a "bad setting". There is almost zero likelihood that the OP's problem is a virus.
