I am currenty using a new apple id created and everything is correct. However, when I try to update some apps from the app store is asking me for a password of a previous user. How can I remove and add my account instead?

You need to delete and redownload those applications; the other Apple ID is stored inside them.

If they were downloaded by someone who previously owned the computer, you should erase its internal drive and install a fresh OS.

The apps purchased with the old AppleID will always be attached to the AppleID and there is no way you can change that.

The only thing you can do is purchase them again with the new one.
