Q: Apple TV AirPlay video streaming not working?

I Just bought an Apple TV today... I updated the software on my 6s plus, and the Apple TV. Airplay mirror is working just fine, but when I get to either YouTube or Netflix it just says "Now streaming to apple TV" or something along those lines... But it never plays. I also should mention I have unlimited data on my AT&T plan.

Has anyone else experienced this? If so, please help me!

Those are both available directly on Apple TV so what is it that you're trying to accomplish?

Note: it is best to check with your provider as most have a cap may not permit this type of usage.

After you start playing the video on the ATV, try opening Control Center on your phone and briefly switch AirPlay to the phone and back to ATV. Note that you must start the video on AirPlay first.
