thanks, but all tips doesn't help.
I believe, it has something to do with an account change of mine. After updating to macOS 10.11.6 my old "main user" wasn't usable anymore. After trying a lot of workarounds, I created a new "main user". Maybe I have to copy some or one user library files ?
Do you or anybody else have an idea solving the problem ?

Is there any problem with MacBookPro Mid 2009 ?
