Q: sign in to support community redirects to new account set up

I was looking for answers to "spinning beach ball" for my husband, and had to changed the password on his computer as he had forgotten it.  Since then, when I "sign in" to the support community as him on his computer, I am redirected to the "create a new account page."  Obviously, I am sending this from my computer, but I have identified his computer in the answers below.  Any thoughts?
