I have noticed that your iMac is running OS X 10.7.4.
If your Mac is older than a 2011 iMac running OS X 10.8 or later, then no.

What year and model iMac?
If it is a 2011 iMac or Newer, you should be able to use the AirPlay function to stream Netflix to your Apple TV.

No.
No work around.
None of the earlier iMac models support AirPlay.

Photos for MacYou can but its not necessary, AppleTV has a Netflix channel which means you can view your Netflix content right from the ATV. No need to have the Mac interfere.
Now if you meant can you mirror your AppleTV content (Netflix to the iMac) the answer is no.

OP's iMac is a 2010 model, not a 2011 iMac.
