Q: fyi - combined user style sheet reduces ASC page weight

I did a comparison of the number of files downloaded when opening the same ASC web page.

Running Mac OS X 10.10.5 Firefix Firefox 47.0.

Firefox without any css modifications 85 files were downloaded but Firefox with combined css only 74 files were download!

OK.
Sizes of those 11 files "might" be significant on a very low bandwidth connection.
Time to get out the stopwatch?

Adjust the format and layout of ASC Web Pages
I assume the reduction in file loading is do to the changes by Hiroto.
