Q: Screen broken?

This only started like the past minute. It has gone on for about 5 minutes now. At first i was thinking more hardware than software so i decided to record the screen to see if it could be visually seen. I have no idea what is wrong my macbook has crashed a few times over the past month for some kind of unexpected error. I Have the the crash report details. But this is how my screen looks for me now? at first i was happy with Apple and their product but i have had to buy a new laptop charger twice as they just break and even my iphone crashes on startup and its cable has broken.

Any resolution for this?
