Q: Pages, Numbers and Keynote for free on iOS 9?

Hey!

I have bought iPhone 6s Plus 64 GB and there is no Pages, Numbers or Keynote on it. When I search them in App Store it is written that I need to pay 9,99$. Why? Apple says that these apps are free...

How can get it for free?

I saw this article. It doesn't work im my iPhone. App Store shows me that I need to pay for iWork apps. Why?

Are you already signed into an Apple ID on the device and connected to Wi-Fi? I can't see a page that looks exactly like the one shown, but I bought the apps before that offer came out. If nothing else works use the connect support link on that page and see if you can get in touch with App Store Support.
