How can I get into my mac when the screen is asking for my administrator name and password. I do not
have any idea what the name or password are. I also am not sure why this has come up. I have tried entering my apple idea and password but it says I must enter a valid user name pls try again and I can't figure it out.
Can I take a battery out or what can i do to reset this
