Q: Epson WorkForce 845Printer Problem
I am using a newer iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2014,4 GHz Intel Core i7). I have just updated to OS X El Capitan Version 10.11.6.
I installed the latest OS X update a few days ago. I now have an issue with my wirelessly connected printer (Epson WorkForce 845). The only way I can print is to turn off the printer, restart it, and then immediately send the document to the printer. After just a couple of minutes the connection is lost. I have to resort the printer again. It then works, but only for a few minutes. All else is fine. Everything worked fine until I installed the latest update. I have checked with Epson. The latest recommended drivers (11.4) are installed. Any help would be appreciated.

if you are close to the hub use the LAN port instead of WI-FI with a CAT 5 or CAT 6 network cable.
if you are close to the computer use the USB port (this is the single best way to connect a printer)
if the device is working then the issue is with your wi-fi and you may wish to reset the device.
