Aug 6, 2016 7:44 AM in response to PhillipsEvan9by tquestion,Exact same problem - cannot manage dictionaries on multiple iOS 9 (9.3.3) devices (no delete or download features available). I have tried resetting settings, adding/deleting languages, accessing from different apps and same result (manage doesn't work anymore). Has apple removed support for dictionaries?

Aug 6, 2016 11:43 PM in response to tquestionby chambone01,Same issue here, on 9.3.3. And from looking around, this seems to be going on from the release of iOS 9. It's as if the dictionary manager doesn't see Apple's servers.
