Q: Why there is a white line on top of my iPhone 6 Plus after last update?

I have an iPhone 6 plus 128GB that stop working properly after the most recent update it to iOS 9.3.4.

It's getting white fuzzy horizontal lines at the top of the creen and while its doing that it freezes and randomly does weird stuff.... I've restored to original manufacture two times and keeps experiencing the same thing... I can use it but it freezes up. I'm the only one? Apple store employee told me there is nothing they can do but sell me a replaced device after paying $329. I don't have Apple Care neither ATT insurance (I know, but idea) but... Can somebody help with any suggestion?

If the Apple Store employee physically examined your iPhone and suggested a replacement, that suggests you have a hardware issue.

In case it's not a hardware issue, though, there are two things you might try.  (Given the Apple Store employee's advice, these are not likely to work.)

    1. Reset the iPhone.  Hold the on/off and home buttons together for about 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears.
    2. Check your storage use.  Check Settings > General > Storage & iCloud Usage > Manage Storage (under Storage) and be certain you have absolutely no less than 10% of your iPhone's total storage free.

try to restore your device with iTunes and set up as new, do not download your previous back up. Just try to use it without anything and test it. You can have a software conflict with an app that is not compatible with the newest iOS.

Ten percent is a minimum value of free space needed.

iOS and applications need temporary working storage space.  Additionally, storage space is needed to store things like application and iOS updates, status and diagnostic information, etc.

Free space is always mandatory in any computer environment.  iOS devices are no exception.
