Hello,

someone has stolen the apple id from my friends phone and has changed all the details the email and the security questions so he is now unable to connect to the internet as if he does they might disable the phone can someone please tell me what i can do? please note that i cannot go to an apple store as the country i am staying in don't have an apple store.
