Q: Since 12.4.3 everything shows in list only

Recent updates have been rather frustrating experiences for me. Somehow I'm taking a longer time to organize the library. Right now, my library is set on the list view, and for the life of me I cannot change it to a grid view. Does anyone deal with this as well?

I'm also getting this when I click on 'get info.'

    Hi veloistar,

Thanks for checking the Apple Support Communities for help. I understand that you're unable to find the setting for grid view in itunes and you're having trouble with this error message when clicking 'get info'. I use iTunes everyday for music and I prefer the grid view too, so I can understand wanting to get this view changed.

In order to change from list view to grid view, open iTunes, then in the menu bar along the top click on View > View As. There you can toggle between Gris and List.

As for the error you're getting, that error usually comes up when iTunes is still in the process of matching your music and hasn't finished. Depending on how much music you have, it may take some time for that action to complete. You can also take a look at the iCloud status icons in the article below to see if you're seeing any of these icons to give you more info about what may be happening.

    Cheers!
