Q: Some one has changed my password and forgotten it. I have just had my ipod returned after 15 months and  I am trying to get access to it.

Can any one help me access my Ipod  Apple model A1509. Firm Ware version 8.4.1

The 4 digit pass word was changed. I have just had it returned after 15 months and I would like to access the music and photos on the I pod. The screen is cracked and the Ipod is disabled "connect to  I tunes. im not sure how to do this on my lap top.

Any assistance would be great
