Q: IOS 9.3.4 update problems
I have just tried to update to the latest IOS update on my iphone 5s, when it said to enter passcode I entered the same pin I have used for about a year now but It said it was wrong so I tried the only other 2 pins I have ever used I had used 5 passcode attempts by then. This still didn't work, then when my phone locked itself it said I had to enter my passcode which I did and I couldn't use my touch code, It disabled my phone for 5 minutes I don't want to keep trying in case my phone fully disables. It's like my phone pass code changed itself and I'm frustrated and not sure how to get back into my phone without restoring it or disabling it yet again. I have definitely not changed the pass code myself as I have been going in and out of my phone all day with the same code until now. How do I fix this?

Most likely, when you updated, iOS tried to get you to change the four-digit passcode to a six-digit one for improved security, rather than just asking you to enter the old passcode?
