Q: Incorrect Apple ID During Activation
I updated my iPad2 when 9.3 came out a while ago, once it came time to log in to "Activate iPad" I get the error of "Incorrect Apple ID - O*****@****.ca can not be used to unlock this iPad". Same login information and it works for iCloud, iTunes and my 3 other devices with no issues. I went into iCloud & iTunes to manage my devices and to my surprise the iPad is not listed anymore. So this is why I can not connect my iPad to my iTunes to complete activation. So how do I get it back into my devices when I dont have access through my iPad itself?
This is not the first time i have restored this as I am the original owner. The problem started after Apple released the iOS 9.3 update. I have plugged in every couple weeks in hope of Apple generating a fix to this issue and continue updating if needed every time.
Any suggestions on how to get my iPad back into my devices?
Do I have a paper weight now?
Thanks a head of time for your help and suggestions.

Have you tried the steps here If you can't activate your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch after installing iOS 9.3 - Apple Support?
