Q: Why Won't My IPhone or IPod connect to ITunes?
I just updated my iTunes and after the update, I am no longer able to connect either my iPhone or iPod to iTunes. When I try to connect my iPod, a message comes up from iTunes that says, "An iPod has been detected, but it could not be identified properly." The message also asks that I disconnect and reconnect my iPod, which I have done numerous times, or to reinstall iTunes, which I have also done, and neither have worked. With my iPhone, when I try to connect it, iTunes does not even come up as an option, and it does not automatically send my iPhone there like it used to. I have tried everything I can think of to try to connect it to iTunes, but nothing has worked. My iPhone is fully updated and there should not be a problem.
iPhone 6, iOS 9.3.4
