Q: Part of my storage is gone after bootcamp failed

I tried to install windows 8.1 on my MacBook Air but it failed twice.(I've done this once a couple months ago without any problems but then I removed it when I didn't need it anymore.) After the second time the disk utility showed that I have another partition but I couldn't use it so I restored it in bootcamp. At the end of the restoring process a message appeared that it failed. The partition disappeared but 30GB of my storage did as well.

Would it be enough to recover my OS X without using Time Machine to get the lost 30GB left ?

MacBook Air, OS X El Capitan (10.11.6), null

You will either need Time Machine backup/erase/restore of OSX or Terminal diskutil commands and a re-installation of OSX.

Could you explain "Terminal diskutil commands and a re-installation of OSX"?
(For the Time Machine I don't have Air Port, nor do I have a hard drive with a storage big enough atm.)

Not sure about how to use it.
If I don't necessarily need my files recovered do I still need Time Machine or is there another method ?

    Let us do it step-by-step.

Please post the output of the following OS X Terminal commands...

    diskutil list

    diskutil cs list

In OSX Terminal, please run (the long string is from your cs list output).

    diskutil cs resizeVolume E756623E-F583-40F6-838A-8B6B935A061C 0g

    Here is the syntax help

    diskutil cs resizeVolume

    Usage:  diskutil coreStorage resizeVolume

            lvUUID|MountPoint|DiskIdentifier|DeviceNode size

Resize a logical volume, which is one of one or more disks that consume storage

out of a logical volume group. The logical volume group will have more or less

available space after this operation, if it was a shrink or grow, respectively.

Specifying zero as the size asks for an "automatic" fit-to-fill-LVG operation.

    Example: diskutil coreStorage resizeVolume

             11111111-2222-3333-4444-555555555555 10g

You may get an error, and be asked to run full repair. Run Disk Utility and click on the outermost disk (disk0) and run First Aid, and click on Show Details and post a screen shot. This can also be executed in Internet Recovery using Utilities -> Terminal

    diskutil repairDisk disk0

Can you boot into Internet Recovery (Command+Opt+R) and run Utilities -> Terminal and execute

    diskutil repairDisk disk0

Copy the output using Command+C and exit Terminal, start Safari, and Paste (Command+V) the output as a reply to this discussion?

Please enter 'yes'. It is very unusual for repairDisk to actually erase EFI.
