Q: i purchased a $2.19 text tone and got charged $11.18
Hi, last week i purchased a text tone from the itunes store for $2.19, and just noticed that i was charged $11.18. if there was something that i misread please inform me, but i am outraged that have been charged an extra $8.99 when i was never told that i was going to be. i would never have paid that much if this was the case!! so, i would like my money back if there has been a mistake because i am not happy about the matter.

You already know that you are only talking to fellow users on these user-to-user forums, we don't know what you've bought and therefore been charged for (what did the emailed receipt say, and what shows on your accounts purchase histories, did you have pre-orders and/or subscriptions due : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC - Apple Support ?), and we can't potentially refund anything.
If you want to contact iTunes Support about it either use the 'report a problem' site (http://reportaproblem.apple.com), or use the 'contact us' link at the bottom right of every page on here
