Q: icloud backup problems

Hello,

If I want to do an iCloud backup from my iPhone 5S, I always have to delete the previous iCloud backup because otherwise it won't work. I have enough space left on the iCloud storag because the iCloud backup takes 490 MB and after finishing the backup, there are still 2 GB of the 5 GB storage left. Can anybody please help me to solve this damned problem.

If iCloud Backup couldn’t be completed or you can’t restore  - Apple Support

 

especially the one about contact Apple Support
