Q: Problems submitting new podcast

I am attempting to submit a new podcast.  Through iTunes, I click on Submit a Podcast.  This redirects me to podcastsconnect.apple.com in a browser.  I log in there with my Apple ID.  After I log in, the site never fully loads and continues to refresh itself over and over, making it unusable.  I've tried multiple browsers and platforms.  A call to Apple support didn't get me anywhere.  Anyone else seeing this issue?  Am I in the right place to submit a new podcast?

Thanks!

The site is loading OK for me, on a Mac. You are at the correct place to submit a podcast, but it's difficult to see what the problem is. The first thing to do is to try clearing your browser's cache; have you been able to try on a Mac? - there's no obvious reason why Windows should be a problem but it's worth trying.

Failing all this you need to contact Podcasts Support rather than the usual Apple Support route. Go to https://itunespartner.apple.com/en/podcasts/overview and click the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page.

If the problem persists, try a different web browser.

Our organization is producing several different podcast shows, each unique.  Some are about financial issues, some about cinema.  We want all of these podcasts to not only appear in iTunes but also be searchable by name and category (finance, film, etc)

Each will have it's own unique RSS and each will adhere to Apple's criteria for content.

Do I need a separate iTunes account for each show?  Or can I create a single "umbrella" account and have all shows under that "umbrella"?

I have tried creating an account for each but, I keep hitting a wall at "Podcast Connect".  Even though I'm signed into my iTunes account at the time, click on"Submit a Podcast", validate the RSS and click "Submit", I get a message saying I need an iTunes store account, even though I'm logged in to not only the store but also to Podcast/iTunes Connect at the time.

I'm sure I'm not being entirely clear here but happy to clarify.  Can anyone help?  Thank you.

You can submit as many podcasts as you like under one login. As to the problem you're having with Podcasts Connect, obviously this shouldn't be happening and you could try contact Support. Go to https://itunespartner.apple.com/en/podcasts/overview and click the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page.

Thanks everyone for your thoughts, especially confirming I'm in the right place.  Regular Apple support mentioned something about not accepting new podcasts, which I found really hard to believe.  I've tried 5 different browsers including safari on my iPhone, all with the same results.  So maybe it is something to do with my account.  I'll be following up with Podcasts Support.

What is the RSS feed you are trying to submit - it could be a feed issue.

I'm not at the point of submitting the feed.  The page just keeps refreshing so never loads fully to allow for the feed to be entered.

Clear your browser's cache, or try another browser. Failing all that, use the contact method I gave above to ask for assistance.
