iOS Apps
Q: Niether iPad Air2 or iPhone 6sPlus Show Apple Apps As Free
On my previous iPad mini, I was able to get Numbers for free. Now, I can get Numbers from the Cloud download, but ALL other Apple Apps show that I must pay for them. Pages, Keynote are $9.99 and GarageBand and iMovie are showing $4.99.
Same Apple ID in use since 2013 on my first iPod Touch.
So what gives? Do I need to make a new Apple ID? Do I need to contact Apple Support or go to an Apple Store to get this resolved?
Any thoughts?
