Q: Part of my storage is gone after bootcamp failed
I tried to install windows 8.1 on my MacBook Air but it failed twice.(I've done this once a couple months ago without any problems but then I removed it when I didn't need it anymore.) After the second time the disk utility showed that I have another partition but I couldn't use it so I restored it in bootcamp. At the end of the restoring process a message appeared that it failed. The partition disappeared but 30GB of my storage did as well.
Would it be enough to recover my OS X without using Time Machine to get the lost 30GB left ?
MacBook Air, OS X El Capitan (10.11.6), null

You will either need Time Machine backup/erase/restore of OSX or Terminal diskutil commands and a re-installation of OSX.
