Q: Apple TV connection issue…

I Have a Apple TV 4th gen on latest OS. For the past week or so my Apple TV connects to the my wifi but I can't do anything. YouTube doesn't work or times out. I do have the speediest app on my tv and that doesn't connect. Also when I go to the about section I can't even load the "what new page"

 

i have reset me Apple TV and modem and it still doesn't work. I am not able to do a hard reset because I can't connect to apple to get the update after the reset. Is there any way to get this fixed?

 

also while I'm not able to use the tv my iPad and iPhone running on the same wifi network work just fine.

Apple TV (4th generation), iOS 9.3.4

    That means it's not properly connected to the network

     

    Make sure DNS is set to auto (settings - general - network)

    Try ethernet

    Make sure router has port 123 open (refer to manual if unsure)

    Test on another network
