Q: can i download quicktime on a windows computer

I have a windows computer, not mac. I have a gopro and i'm trying to edit some videos but it says I need quicktime, however every time I click to download it, it takes me to a page with an error. How do I get myself to be able to edit my videos for gopro?

help please!
