Q: What could be the reasons my 7th gen nano won't play in my 2016 RV?

Thanks for your question.  If you are unable to play content from your iPod Nano through the sound system of your 2016 RV, take a look at the general instructions below for connecting via Bluetooth, or USB.  Or you can use a 3.5 mm auxiliary cable if the stereo has one, too. 

The user manual for the RV's stereo system will provide detailed instructions regarding pairing and software/firmware updates that may be necessary.  If you are still unable to connect, please reply back with the specific RV model and stereo/navigation system and we'll do our best to help.
