Aug 11, 2016 10:28 PM in response to supremefromwaldorfby ReadingJupiter,If you're on iOS 10 BETA please use the Feedback Application to submit your feedback on your situation. There are few things you can try to resolve your issue.
1. Try going the the App Store on LTE or another Wifi Network
2. Restart your phone
3. Sign out and Sign in of the App Store at Settings > iTunes & App Store
4. Reset your phone from Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings (make sure you have a backup of any important information)
5. Restore to a non beta version using About iOS beta software - Apple Support remember you cannot restore your information from iOS 10 to iOS 9.3.4 as you cannot restore backwards, only forward when it comes to iOS or macOS or OS X.
6. Test App Store on iOS 9.3.4
7. Then after you restore back to iOS 9.3.4, you can then reenroll in the Public Beta at https://beta.apple.com/sp/betaprogram/
8. Test App Store on iOS 9.3.4
9. Check App Store System Status at http://www.apple.com/support/systemstatus/
If any of these fix your issue, no need to do them all
***NOTE*** I am also currently on iOS 10 BETA and my App Store is working with no glitches
