It looks as if your iPhone on iOS 9.3.2 isn't syncing your Exchange Calendars correctly. I use my calendars to keep track of a lot of things so I'll be glad to help. Test your Calendar app after each step.
Update the iOS software on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch -- The first thing to do is update your iPhone. Don't forget to make a backup of your iPhone to keep your personal data safe.
This next step is to remove and re-add the Exchange Calendar from your iPhone. Make sure you have the settings from your Exchange Server Admin before proceeding. On your phone tap Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars, and tap the email account then tap "Delete Account" at the bottom. Restart your iPhone, then re-add your account again and test.
Set up Exchange ActiveSync on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch -- This article may also help keep your Calendar(s) in sync.Have a great day!
