Q: Ringtones

Had my phone reset at apple store and lost my ringtones that I purchased through Itunes.  So I repurchased them and  don't want to loose them again if my phone has to be reset again or get a new phone because the reset didn't fix the problem..the repurchased ringtones are in sounds under ringtones.  Do they go to icloud or does Itunes have them somewhere that if I do loose them I can retrieve them.
