Q: Installing a VPN

I Am a novice with my new ipad.  I am trying to install a VPN but it has told me that to continue the iinstalling will alter the configuring on my ipad.  Isit ok to proceed with the installation

iPad, iOS 6.1.2, 4G

    If you are installing a free VPN and you don't trust the provider then I must say don't do that because it can harm your iPad, and rather choose some premium VPN for iPad via Google.

    the best free VPN for iPhone that I have been using for so long is Hotspot Shield, sometimes it can be slow but when I heard about dangers of free VPN like it keeps logs and share your internet data to third party companies then I switched to ExpressVPN for my iPhone, so far it safe, secure and speed is also good, but I admit it is a little pricey but quality never comes without a good price.
