Q: I upgraded my iPad and need to activate it. I found my ID and password, but it won't open.

My iPad upgraded overnight.  Now, I must activate it.  I could not remember my ID or password.  I went to apple's support page and found all that information.  The problem is that my iPad will still not open.  It keeps saying that either the ID or password is incorrect.
