Q: iPhone touchscreen rather touchy

Bought a used iPhone 4 for my sister.

Works with my fingers, yet she cannot get it to react more than 25% of times.

She's had dry skin all her life.

 

Any way to change the sensitivity of the touchscreen?

Try a force restart and see if that helps.

FYI, dry skin is not an issue.
