Q: Icloud said to be full but only saving contacts

My 5go Icloud storage is said to be full but I'm only backing up contacts not using Icloud drive, nor saving photos, emails or anything else. And the only back-up I have linked to my account is my Iphone 4S one, only 1.5Go... Anyone facing same issue?

Hi,
Check Setting>>iCloud>>Photos>>On or off ? If it is in ON, make it off..
Then sign in to icloud.com and make backup all the pictures to your mac or pc and delete the same in the icloud..Hope it helps.!!!
