Q: Keynote file not downloading to iPhone 5s

I am using a Macbook Pro and iPhone 5s with latest OS on both.

Trying to upload Keynote presentation to iCloud or Drive so I can have it on the iPhone.

The presentation does apear on iCloud and iCloud Drive Web, Okay.

On Finder on the Mac, I see the Keynote presentation file and the words "downloading" "uploading" and even saw a progress bar that would start then quit.

I have all boxes checked. The presentation is online but for some reason, it does not download/apear on the iPhone. What reason is that? PLEASE!!

thank you!!

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.3.1

    Hello fdesou01,

Thanks for that info and choosing the Apple Support Communities. I know how important getting this Keynote presentation on your iPhone is to you! Based on what you stated, it seems you may be having issues with syncing updates to iCloud Drive on your iPhone specifically, since they do show up at www.iCloud.com . Here is what I suggest to resolve this:

    1. On your iPhone, go to Settings > iCloud > iCloud Drive and turn off iCloud Drive. This will not affect any data in iCloud, only on your iPhone. Then restart your device as the shut down and start up process is important to keep the iOS software running properly:

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

    2. After you restart and turn iCloud Drive back on your iPhone, check the iCloud Drive for your Keynote file. Here is more info that may help as well:
