Q: Deactivating iPad mini
I want to deactivate my iPad mini to give it to my daughter. I have switched off the Activation Lock, deleted my iCloud account from it and erased all content and settings. I have checked www.icloud.com/activationlock and it clearly says that the activation lock is off. However, when the ipad starts back up, as soon as it connects to the internet, it automatically re-activates on my account. What am I doing wrong? I have followed the instructions Apple give.

Hi. Have you followed these What to do before selling or giving away your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support instructions? If you've done it right, it shouldn't be able to connect to the internet since all the settings will be gone.
