Can't connect Beats Studio wireless to my iphone 6 and my Macbook Air . could't find my beat device on my iphone also i already try everything , anyone can help me please ?

Perhaps check that the headphones are fully charged and you have made it discoverable? Also that it is not already paired to anything. Since Beats by Dre. is a separate entity from Apple, perhaps check their support page here for more data.

Thank u for replay Lim .
But I Did ! Also Headphones are fully charged .i try to connect with my macbook air as well but still dosent find my device !
I Try to reset my headphone after change the light to red and back to normal mod still dosent find it .
