Q: 9.3.4 Update - Microsoft Exchange Won't Synch

I updated to iOS 9.3.4 this morning.  After rebooting, I was unable to add a MS Exchange account to my email app.  I checked with our corporate IT and verified that the problem isn't a password or network issue on our side.  Conclusion is that 9.3.4 has caused a connectivity issue.  Anyone else having that problem?
