Q: IOS 9.3.4 - Trouble installing
I have made dozens of attempts to install the new IOS 9.3.4 software update on my phone for a few weeks. I have never had a problem updating to any new iOS versions before. Each time I attempt to upgrade to 9.3.4 I received a message saying… "Unable to install update" ..."an error occurred installing IOS 9.3.4" PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!

Try installing iOS using iTunes on a computer. Below are instructions from Apple's support page for doing so.
Update your device using iTunes
If you can’t update wirelessly, you can update with iTunes. If your computer uses the Personal Hotspot on the iOS device that you’re updating, connect your computer to a different network.
- Install the latest version of iTunes on your computer.
- Connect your device to your computer.
- Open iTunes and select your device.
- Click Summary, then click Check for Update.
- Click Download and Update.
