Q: i don't know what else to do.. please help
Hello, please help, im getting so worked up over this i could cry.
So.. my Mum wanted to play a game on my ipad which i had changed the password to. she didn't realise that after 6 attempts it will lock you out. (you can imagine i was not happy) i am not great with computers but i know the basics. So I went onto itunes (like it said) and i followed the instructions. i clicked 'update' to start with hoping something would happen. after a whole hour it said the network failed (yay.) then i tried again. and it failed. (yaaaay.) then i hit restore and update. .. 6HOURS LATER. it actually finished (at this point i had a smile on my face). i hit restore. (the smile soon changed). it failed. now i have no idea what to do. im going round and round in circles. please someone out there help me. i would be so greatful. thankyou

Make sure iTunes is up to date on your computer.
Mac
- Open iTunes.
- From the menu bar at the top of your computer screen, choose iTunes > Check for Updates.
- Follow the prompts to install the latest version.
Windows
- Open iTunes.
- From the menu bar at the top of the iTunes window, choose Help > Check for Updates. Learn what to do if you can’t see the menu bar.
- Follow the prompts to install the latest version.
