Q: Mac won't turn on!!!
HI,
My Mac Pro 13" (el capitan) was in sleep mode for about 24 hours. I turned it on, the usual white screen with grey logo came up, I heard the 'chime' and it suddenly went black screen.
Does not turn on (caps lock key is not working), so definitely no display issue. The power chord is green, therefore the battery works fine. I tried holding the power key for 10 seconds but nothing works. What do I do?

- If you do not have a backup use disk utility to restore the internal disk to an external disk so you can try to recover data.
Then format the startup disk and do a fresh install of OSX
