Q: iTunes not recognizing iPhone

I just recently updated my iTunes to 12.4.3 because I got tired of it asking me if I wanted to update. Well, now my iPhone will not even show up in iTunes. Even if I go to File > Devices, everything is grayed out where I cannot select any of them. Can anyone help me? This has been going on for a couple of weeks now. I can't even sync my music to my phone and that is the ONLY reason I use iTunes.

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 9.3.4

Try the help here > If iTunes doesn't recognize your iPhone, iPad, or iPod - Apple Support

If you are using iTunes on a PC, you may need to restart the AMDS > Restart the Apple Mobile Device Service (AMDS) on Windows - Apple Support

They did not work for me. I tried the first one already. The computer recognizes my iPhone but iTunes will not. I tried the second one just now and it didn't do anything either.
