Q: Enabled "Disable per-tab web processes" under debug, now Safari crashes every time I try to start it.

How do I reset Safari Debug options when Safari is not running? Are there command line options?  I enabled "Disable per-tab web processes" and now every time I try to start Safari it crashes.

iMac, OS X El Capitan (10.11.6), Safari
