Q: 1 Apple ID - Multiple Devices
Is there a way to see which device is downloading Apps under our Apple ID. We share one Apple ID among many devices and I want to know who keeps downloading games and such?

It sounds like you're good candidates for Family Sharing. I believe you'd be able to tell who was downloading what under that configuration. Apple IDs are not meant to be shared by multiple people and doing so usually results in some unwanted side effect.
